A project by Office for Foreign Affairs

UN aid to combat drug-related and violent crime

Liechtenstein is a reliable partner of the United Nations and assumes responsibility for various important UN programmes that support the global community. Liechtenstein primarily supports organisations whose projects reflect the priorities of Liechtenstein's foreign policy. One of these organisations is the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC), which also deals with good governance issues such as corruption, money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Liechtenstein has been working closely with UNODC for many years and maintains regular dialogue at all levels, for example as part of the FAST initiative "Finance Against Slavery and Trafficking".
